The Nicotex Begin app includes a 12-week personalized quitting program. It guides you step by step through the process, using both behavioral therapy and the Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO). Nicotex Begin is designed to be user-friendly and stress-free. It features Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) with gums, patches, and lozenges to help manage cravings. Expert-led weekly counseling sessions are included, with extra sessions available if needed. Users can choose between two packages priced at ₹4,000 and ₹6,000. The first session is free.

The app offers plenty of reading materials and videos to help you stay motivated on your quit-smoking journey. It assists by tracking your progress with interactive prompts and insightful data. You can maintain a daily health diary to log your efforts and keep your counselor updated. The app smartly identifies possible triggers that might cause you to relapse, allowing experts to step in, guide you back to the first week if needed, or recommend seeing a doctor.
